OMGjazz is the creative hub founded and envisioned by Grammy-nominated jazztronica saxophonist, producer, and DJ FKAjazz. Conceived as an ecosystem for music, visual art, and storytelling, OMGjazz exists at the intersection of sound, narrative, and visual culture—pushing jazz into expansive, multidisciplinary territory.
From its earliest stages, OMGjazz has been shaped through close collaboration with visual artist Sachcoo, the first major creative partner to help bring the world of OMGjazz to life visually. Sachcoo’s Afro-futuristic aesthetics, animation, and digital art have played a defining role in translating FKAjazz’s musical and narrative ideas into a cohesive visual language—supporting, amplifying, and expanding the evolving vision of OMGjazz across releases, performances, and visual worlds.
Based in Queens, New York, OMGjazz has established itself as a trailblazer within contemporary creative culture. The platform pioneers jazztronica—a genre-blurring fusion of jazz improvisation, electronic production, and cinematic storytelling. Each project is approached as a chapter within a larger narrative universe, where albums, live performances, visual art, and literature function as interconnected expressions of a single creative vision.
FKAjazz and Sachcoo debuted their collaboration in 2023 with the single “We Don’t Need No Roads,” followed by full-length releases including Fearless: An OMGjazz Ninja Saga and Soft Serve: Saxually Active Vol. 2. Fearless expanded beyond music into a fully produced audiobook, signaling OMGjazz’s commitment to immersive, story-driven formats. This approach reaches new depth with Prelude to Descent, part one of a cinematic musical and narrative work that explores technological power, societal fracture, and the fragile tension between collapse and hope.
